Property management

You have acquired property in Germany and would like to rent to members of the United States Armed Forces Europe (USAFE) or the NATO? We speak English at native speaker level and are affine to the american and military culture, able to interact in an appropriate manner with any of your respective customers or tenants.

Our goal is always to find the fitting tenants for your specific property, for them to feel comfortable in their new home and that during the rental and after, your property will be well attended to. We will strive to offer you quick, professional and foresightful property management as well as compliant and transparent financial accounting of your assets at all times.

You would like to take care of your property management generally on your own

but are in need of someone to support you temporarily while you are engaged with other commitments? We can be contact point for your tenants during this time or, in the event of an emergency, can react quickly to take the necessary steps to solve any arising issues.

Or would you like just get rid of the annoying paperwork?

On request, We will free you up of all the bureaucracy. We will take over the accounting and the correspondence for you while you continue to take care of topics such as finding new tenants, maintenance and repair, etc. That works.

Homesitting / House sitting

If you as a homeowner need to be away for any amount of time we will see to it that your home is taken care of! We will water the flowers in the house or garden, feed the fish in the pond, empty the mailbox, and bring out the garbage for the weekly pick-up. We will keep an eye on the house’s electrical and other installations, water pipes etc. and if ever there is an emergency – e.g. in the event of a pipe bursting due to the cold – we will be there to alert the responsible emergency services.

My name is Natalia Planner and I am the owner-manager of immo plan . With subject specific, social and intercultural competence, a high level of organizational ability, a hands-on mentality and a good eye for priorities, it is my aim to support you as property owner perfectly and to act in your interest to the best of my knowledge and belief.

What we can do for you
My aim is to be YOUR reliable service provider in property management and I will attend to your
property and your interests in conjunction with it with a high degree of personal commitment.
Property management for me means a service individually tailored to your property – regardless of
the type and extent of service that you book.

By the way: we speak English at native speaker level. French and Italian are also spoken!

How we work

You entrust your property to us and we are very proud of this. Accordingly, in all decisions or recommendations, we will treat your property as if it were our own. We will always strive to retain your property’s value, or even better, to facilitate an increase in value over time through continuously foresightful and sustaining management.

Regular property inspections
Regular site inspections and the subsequent implementation of any necessary actions are the be-all and end-all of our work.

How are we organized?
Professional real estate software, which is regularly adapted to the state of the law, enables legally correct and customer comprehensible billing. An office with as little paper as possible and efficient processes are target for our work and sustaining for our environment. The latest office in communication software Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium round off our portfolio.

Legal

Approval according to § 34c GewO
The permit to exercise my activity as a property manager according to §34c of the trade code was issued to me (Natalia Planner, owner-manager at immo plan) by the Otterbach-Otterberg community (see link).
 
Financial loss liability insurance

Of course, I have property damage liability insurance, commonly referred to as „property manager liability“. With this, you are covered – should it ever become necessary – up to an amount of € 500,000 per claim (see link).

Privacy

When storing, transmitting and using customer-related data, we work in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). All customer data is password-protected, is not accessible to strangers and is not passed on to third parties without permission.
